TV Feature activation device User Manual.

Connect cable with OBD2 connector to device.
1. Device LCD display will backlight and show car list.
2. Select the car model by pressing arrow buttons and confirm by pressing OK?? button.
3. Press arrow buttons to activate TV-Free?? (can watch TV during driving) or decativate TV-Off?? (can not watch TV during driving).
